Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ajobaba Technologies Limited of Abuja, Nigeria ("we", "us"), which runs WonderClips. By creating an account or using WonderClips, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use WonderClips for your business.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

The service

WonderClips uses AI to turn photos of your products into new photos and videos. Results depend on your photos and choices, and AI can make mistakes. We keep improving the service, so features may change, and we may add, change or remove looks and options.

Credits, plans and payments

• Work is paid for with credits. The cost is shown before you start. One credit makes one standard photo.
• New accounts get 5 free credits after confirming their email. They expire 3 days later.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through our payment partner, Bachs, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Plan credits are replaced when the next month of credits arrives, and stay usable for 3 extra days if a renewal is late. Top-up credits last 12 months.
• If something cannot be made, the credits for it are refunded to your account automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
• We may change prices. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they do.

Your photos and products

You keep ownership of the photos and details you upload. You give us permission to store, process and send them to our AI providers only as needed to run WonderClips for you. You promise that you have the right to use the photos you upload and to sell the products in them.

What you create

As long as you follow these terms, you may use the photos and videos made for you for any lawful purpose, including to advertise and sell your products. We do not claim ownership of them. AI can produce similar results for other people, so we cannot promise that what you create is unique.

Check every photo before you publish it. Each one is checked against your product photos, but you are responsible for making sure what you post shows your product honestly.

Fair use

Do not use WonderClips to:

• show products you do not have the right to sell, such as counterfeits, or anything illegal;
• mislead buyers about what a product is or what it looks like;
• make sexual content, content showing children, or content that is hateful, violent or harassing;
• show or imitate a real person without their permission;
• break the law or anyone else's rights, including copyright and trademarks;
• get around credits or limits, overload or attack the service, or copy, scrape or reverse engineer it.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first. You can stop using WonderClips and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep WonderClips running and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, sales or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top, and we will email you about important changes. If you keep using WonderClips after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
