What is a credit?

One credit makes one standard photo. A Studio photo costs 5 credits and a cinematic video costs 40 credits, and both come with the Pro plan. Reading your product photos, accuracy checks and automatic redraws are free.

What happens if a photo fails?

You get your credits back. The cost is shown before you start, credits are charged when the work begins, and anything that cannot be made is refunded automatically.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits are replaced when the next month of credits arrives, and stay usable for 3 extra days if a renewal is late. Top-up credits last 12 months and are used after plan credits. Free trial credits expire 3 days after you confirm your email.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes. Subscribers can top up at any time with 60 credits for $10 or 170 credits for $25.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. You will not be charged again.

Can I move to Pro later?

Yes. Upgrade at any time: you pay only the difference for the rest of the period, and your credits go up to the Pro amount straight away.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Paying yearly saves $24 on Starter and $58 on Pro, compared with paying every month.
